Why Choose Factory//11 Baseball

Yes— our head coach is Trey Fowler, who spent years as a Division I coach with proven results: while at Kennesaw State University, he helped guide MLB Draft picks, All-Americans and conference champions. ATB Consulting He knows exactly what college coaches look for.

Because Factory // 11 is designed from day one with the right DNA — we’re not bound by legacy issues or complacency, we’re laser-focused on growth, accountability, and clarity of mission. You’ll get attention, development, and a team culture built fresh for the modern player.

We believe in smart investment, not extravagant spending. We keep costs transparent, focus on meaningful tournaments and development events, and make sure every dollar goes toward player growth and exposure, not gimmick luxuries. Our program budget is built around $2,000/player (approximately).

We’ll select a concise, high-value event schedule that balances competition, exposure, development and rest. The goal is quality over quantity — eliminating wasted time so players stay fresh and focused on the mission, by trusting the process.

While our program is new, our mission is clear: to position players for high school, college, and beyond. With Coach Fowler’s network, focused showcases, and our development blueprint, we’ll help players understand what coaches are looking for and begin building that profile early. We’re powered by one of the nation’s top Sports Marketing Agencies and Coach Trey’s recruiting and consulting firm, ATB Recruiting.

Transparent and consistent. You’ll get clear schedules, development updates tied to The Eleven Standards, monthly check-ins, and team meetings so families know exactly how their athlete is progressing and what’s next. You’ll never be left in the dark. We understand how sloppy youth sports communication can be, and we believe in proactive and transparent communication.

We live by The Eleven Standards—not just in word but in training, evaluation, and mindset. Each session, practice, and tournament is aligned with those standards (like Focus, Self-Discipline, Work Ethic), so every rep has purpose and every game adds value. Coach Fowler has over 10 years of expertise through East Cobb, developing top teams, we understand the importance of positioning the kids to compete where they are at and pushing them when they are ready, along their journey.

Factory // 11 is coach-led and player-focused. Our structure, standards, and accountability come directly from the coaching team and brand mission—not from a collection of volunteer parents running the show. That keeps things professional and meaningful.

Absolutely. We believe in building the complete athlete, not just rewarding past stats. If your child shows Character, Coachability, Effort, and Grit (key parts of The Eleven Standards), they’ll likely find a home here — and can grow toward becoming a top contributor.

Culture is everything. We’re building a program where Team First — “Unstoppable Together” is real. Respect, Accountability, Character, and Commitment are non-negotiable. When you join Factory // 11, you join a brotherhood with high expectations and elite support. If you’re the parent who cares more about your son’s PG Stats for your Instagram page, this isn’t the program for you. We are hellbent on getting our kids into High School and beyond, in one of the most competitive High School markets in the country. This is a process and will take commitment, dedication, and patience.

Yes — we are currently working on securing a Cooperstown ticket for our 12U year, but there is no guarantee. Regardless of the outcome, every season will conclude with a major destination tournament to give players a memorable, high-level experience.

Don’t worry — we’ll keep a waiting list and development pathway. We believe in long-term growth, so you’ll have access to updates, optional development sessions, and a transparent road map. You’ll always know how to earn your spot. We may also be able to help stay connected with marketing your child, help with future recruiting, or NIL service, so relationships are not solely predicated on their current status on our roster.
